Dark Indigo Arrowhead Shibori Blackout Curtain

The description of these curtains is false. It describes these curtains as being dyed and the creator as a textile dying artist. It gives you the impression that these curtains are dyed. They are not. They are a print of a dyed textile. No where in the description does it say anything about the curtains being printed. Perhaps buried somewhere on the Society6 site it states that everything is printed and nothing is original, but if you find these curtains through a search engine then you miss this crucial piece of information. As this is a prominent feature of the curtains, it needs to be stated on the description of the curtain itself. If I go to a furniture seller’s website and the description of a particular piece for sale talks about the fine wood and craftsmanship of the furniture, but buried somewhere else on the website it states that some of furniture sold on the site is actually made out of particle board and is just a replica of the description given, then that would be unacceptably deceptive... However, in a dark room from afar you can’t really tell and they look pretty nice. But up close it’s obvious they are printed and it looks tacky, especially because you can see the printed texture of the original textile, so it looks like a cheap knockoff of a nice piece of work. I will keep them anyway because I had a very immediate need for blackout curtains and they get the job done. If you want the most light blocked, select a design that is mostly dark color bc some sun light comes through the lighter colored areas of the design.
