The plant world and the human relationship with it plays a pivotal role in my work: the beauty and fragile strength of plants never ceases to fascinate me. I’m trained in horticulture, and have always loved the green things. Every plant has a story , and I aim to create art that tells their tales. In my collections you will see several stylistic treatments of the themes revolving around the green world and the harmony it is possible for humanity to reach with it. Whether in ancient poetry, Victorian postulations or modern thought, the green world grows within us. At the core of my work is a love of uncovering the hidden mysteries that are all around us.
