Noora is a disaster relief professional, artist, and textile designer based in Los Angeles. She comes from a family full of artists, but while everyone studied art and turned to it as a career, Noora studied diplomacy, conflict resolution and worked in humanitarian aid, looking to art as a calming release in her down time. In 2013, when a cavernous hemangioma in her brain took over her life and forced her to slow down and change her career path, Noora returned to her artistic roots and let her abstract, colorful, sunny disposition shine through her art despite the periods of pain during which she paints.
