Let me tell you the story of Smoochy Bee. Believe it or not I've had a phobia of Bees my whole life, but bees always seem to find me. We recently moved and I started to notice tons of bees constantly dive bombing my home office window. It was unnerving, but then I discovered something truly incredible. Not far from where I sit, in a tree, is a massive wild honey bee hive! They are actually quite docile and sweet and have helped me to slowly loose my fear. I started to realize maybe the bees were trying to get my attention and let me know I needed to be more productive! I decided I needed to stop dreaming and start designing. I wanted to have bee in my name but many versions are taken. I went to my husband and said I need a new name and he said "great I'll call you smoochy!". Thus Smoochy Bee was born. Now to get busy as a bee!
